We understand that you might change your mind before or after receiving your order. No problem — we’ll make sure the refund or exchange process is as smooth as possible.
To protect everyone’s rights at Jawda Top, here are the policies you need to be aware of:
General Policies:

Items are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. The item must be sealed and in the exact condition it was received. Please note: opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds and exchanges cover any products with manufacturing defects; however, the item must first be inspected by the seller to confirm the issue.

Immediate replacement applies to items that are Dead On Arrival (DOA).

If the item doesn’t match the description on the Jawda Top website, the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund within 48 hours, provided the product is still in its original condition.

If the product is opened and matches the website description, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of an approved refund, the same payment method used in the original purchase (cash or credit card) will be used for reimbursement.
Refund or Exchange Process:

The item must be in the same condition it was delivered. The customer must send 4 photos from different angles or a video of the box to confirm the product is sealed and unopened.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase (cash or credit card).
Online payments (via credit card) take 14–21 business days, and the customer is responsible for following up with their bank.
Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Cases:

If the item has been opened or unsealed after delivery.

If the item is not in the same condition it was delivered in.

If the product has been used in any way.

Damage or defects caused by customer misuse.
Jawda Top reserves the right to approve or reject returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
