يوجد مشكلة بالغسالة وهي خروج قطرات من الماء من قاعدة و اسفل باب الغسالة، بداية لاحظت من اول يوم استخدام خروج قطرات ماء من قاعدة الغسالة ثم تتطور الامر اصبحت قطرات الماء تخرج ايضا من اسفل باب الغسالة، لم يتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء بسبب انشغالي، اتمنى ايجاد حل لهذه المشكلة

There is no after sale customer service or warranty. The second day I got the machine, I tried to reach out on the number provided and sent several WhatsApp messages including videos showing that the machine is leaking water, but no reply. I reached out to the driver who gave me another number and still no reply.
