.I am disappointed from the product. It is not solid. It is not workingproperly. I feel it looks like a kid toy. The same producti bought it previouslyfrom jordan. It was wonderful. Solid and workingprofessionallyfor a coupleof years on a dailybasis. Sorry to say i wll not trust to order anythingfrom you again..
